Illogical Items Terms & Conditions
1. Orders and Delivery
Some of our products are made to order, including 3D-printed lamps and hand-crafted trays. Made to order, not to waste. Each lamp is 3D-printed in our Stockholm studio and produced upon request — a slower, more intentional way of creating. Because every piece is made to order, please allow 3–14 working days for delivery. Estimated production and delivery times are shown on the product page.
Other products, such as earrings and the Illogical Bat, are shipped from stock and typically delivered within [X] business days.
2. Cancellation & Returns
Made-to-order lamps: Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged on arrival. You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. We encourage mindful purchasing — every return means unnecessary transport and materials.
Hand-crafted trays: Because each tray is produced individually and may vary in appearance, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
Stock products (The Illogical Studs, The Illogical Bat): You have 14 days from delivery to return items. To make a return, please keep the product in its original packaging and ensure it is intact. Customers are responsible for safe shipping. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective.
3. Defects & Complaints
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will replace or repair defective items free of charge.
4. Product Information
We provide detailed product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and images. Slight variations may occur, especially for hand-crafted or 3D-printed items.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
